Established partner with significant experience in patent litigation and antitrust/competition litigation.
Track record representing technology and/or life‑sciences clients; experience with private equity‑related disputes a plus.
Trial experience and comfort leading teams on complex, high‑stakes matters.
Portable client relationships and a demonstrable book of business.
Licensure to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to work from the San Francisco office.
