Senior litigation partner opportunity with a national firm’s San Francisco office, leading matters at the intersection of technology and privacy. The role focuses on high‑stakes civil litigation, class actions and privacy/data‑protection disputes for technology sector clients.

The team handles complex defense and advisory work, working with cross‑disciplinary groups on contentious and regulatory matters. This is a partnership opening for an experienced litigator with a market presence in technology‑focused disputes.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, ideally including class actions and privacy/data‑protection matters.
Proven trial and/or high‑stakes litigation track record advising technology clients.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is preferred.
Bar admission in California (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant federal courts.
