Senior partner role for an established practice group handling complex patent litigation and antitrust matters with a strong focus on life sciences, technology and private equity–related disputes. The role combines leadership of high-stakes patent and antitrust litigation with cross‑practice collaboration on transactional and regulatory issues.

The team handles matters for sophisticated corporate clients and requires a partner who can manage large litigation teams, develop strategy for technically complex cases, and work closely with corporate and private equity clients. The position reports into the regional litigation leadership and offers a platform to grow a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation, with emphasis on life sciences or technology matters.
Track record in antitrust/competition litigation, ideally with matters connected to private equity transactions.
Demonstrable client origination and relationship management; portable book of business welcomed.
Experience leading litigation teams and managing complex, technical discovery and trial preparation; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
