Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver office to expand Intellectual Property and Corporate capabilities. The role emphasizes IP litigation (including complex patent matters) alongside corporate governance and transactional work.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable practice and proven client-development record, and will collaborate with multiple offices across the U.S. to grow market share in IP, corporate, and related high-stakes litigation areas.

• Established partner with a demonstrable portable practice and strong client relationships
• Substantial experience in IP litigation (patents preferred) and significant corporate transactional or governance experience
• Track record of business development and team leadership, able to work across offices
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to handle high-value matters
