Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston team focused on intellectual property and corporate matters. The role will blend IP counseling and transactional corporate work within an established commercial practice.

The successful candidate will help grow and manage client relationships, originate new business, and collaborate across practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters. The firm offers strong platform resources and a collegial team environment.

• Established partner with a proven IP practice and significant experience advising corporate clients
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable business welcomed
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across corporate and IP teams in a busy office
