Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate (Irvine)

Senior lateral opportunity for an experienced partner to join a full-service, national firm’s Irvine office. The role will focus on leading and expanding IP litigation and corporate practice capabilities, with opportunities to collaborate with teams across multiple U.S. offices.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with a portable practice who can generate and manage client work, mentor teams, and help grow transactional and contentious IP matters. There is flexibility around equity arrangements and billing approaches, and the office supports cross-office collaboration for business development.

• Established partner with a proven record in intellectual property litigation and/or corporate practice.
• Portable book of business and demonstrated client origination skills preferred.
• Strong trial or contested-matters experience for IP litigators; significant transactional experience for corporate candidates.
• Ability to lead teams, develop junior lawyers, and work across practice groups and offices.
