Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate (Las Vegas)

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Las Vegas office to grow intellectual property and corporate capabilities. The role will focus on patent and IP litigation alongside corporate transactional work and governance matters, with opportunities to collaborate across related practices including mass torts.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and managing matters at partner level. The firm offers flexible fee structures and collaborative cross‑office possibilities for partners who can drive business development.

• Established partner with a portable book of business and demonstrable client relationships
• Substantial partner-level experience in IP litigation (including patents) and/or corporate transactional work
• Proven business development, client management, and team leadership skills
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work from the Las Vegas office
