Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate (San Francisco)

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office with a primary focus on intellectual property litigation and corporate work. The role will split between high-value IP/patent litigation and corporate matters, with opportunity to collaborate across offices and practices.

Ideal candidate will bring a portable practice and proven client development skills. The firm offers flexible arrangements for senior hires and supports cross-office growth, particularly for partners who can help expand IP, corporate governance and related litigation capabilities on the West Coast.

• Partner-level experience in IP litigation and/or corporate transactions
• Proven track record of business development and client management; portable practice preferred
• Strong technical litigation skills for patent matters or substantial transactional experience for corporate work
• Bar admission in California or ability to qualify; team leadership and mentoring experience
