Partner, Intellectual Property — Denver

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver intellectual property team. The role will focus on patent and trademark work across prosecution, counseling and enforcement, with opportunities to lead matters and grow client relationships.

The ideal candidate will handle both transactional IP work and contested matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams on technology-related issues. The team prefers to avoid matters for large streaming-platform providers; the role emphasizes traditional technology, media and communications-related IP work.

• Established partner with a portable IP practice (patent and trademark experience preferred).
• Proven record in patent prosecution, trademark counseling and IP enforcement/litigation.
• Strong client-development skills and ability to lead teams and mentor associates.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and any required technical credentials for patent practice.
