Partner — Intellectual Property, Geneva

Senior IP lawyer sought to join the Geneva office of a leading international law firm. The role involves leading and growing a commercial intellectual property practice across prosecution, enforcement, licensing and related contentious matters.

This is a partner-level, business-generating role. The team seeks someone able to lead client engagements, supervise junior lawyers and develop new client relationships across Switzerland and the wider region. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of originating work is welcomed; flexible arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

• Established partner-level experience in intellectual property law (commercial IP, enforcement, licensing and/or prosecution).
• Proven client development/relationship management skills; a portable practice is welcomed.
• Experience leading teams and managing high-value matters.
• Admitted or eligible to practise in Switzerland or an appropriate European jurisdiction; strong commercial awareness.
• Multilingual ability (French and English advantageous).
