Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Orlando office to lead and expand IP litigation work within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. The role combines high-stakes patent and other IP dispute work with industry-focused regulatory and commercial litigation matters.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IP litigation, developing client relationships in healthcare or life sciences, and mentoring junior lawyers. The firm supports cross-office collaboration and offers resources to grow a portable practice.

Proven experience as an IP litigator, with significant patent or related IP trial/contested matter experience
Established client relationships or demonstrable business development capability in healthcare or life sciences
Admissions and/or eligibility to practice in Florida (preferred)
Experience supervising associates and contributing to team-based litigation matters
