Senior lateral partner opportunity in Orlando for a lawyer with an established technology and healthcare practice. The role focuses on advising companies on privacy and data-protection matters across the healthcare and software sectors, working with cross-disciplinary teams on regulatory and transactional issues.

The team serves regional and national clients and seeks a partner who will lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice. A portable book of business or demonstrable origination ability is welcomed and will be supported by an experienced platform.

Proven partner-level experience advising on privacy & data protection, preferably with clients in technology and/or healthcare;
Track record of business development and client origination; portable book of business preferred;
Strong leadership and people-management skills, including mentoring associates;
Active bar admission in the relevant state and ability to practice in Florida;
Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience working on cross-disciplinary teams.
