Seeking an experienced lateral partner to join a national firm’s Orlando office to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice focused on M&A, capital markets and energy-related matters. The role emphasizes both deal execution and client relationship leadership across renewable energy, oil & gas and related project development work.

The successful candidate will work on sophisticated transactional matters, collaborate with national teams, and help expand the regional energy and corporate client base. A portable practice or demonstrable client development track record is preferred.

Established partner with significant transactional/M&A experience
Substantive experience in energy projects (renewables and/or oil & gas) and related commercial transactions
Experience with capital markets or other corporate financing transactions a plus
Proven business development and client-management ability; portable practice preferred
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work in Orlando
