Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Orlando litigation team, with a primary focus on healthcare litigation and related business disputes. The role will handle False Claims Act defense, managed-care litigation, and complex commercial matters touching on emerging-technology issues.

The team regularly litigates matters involving artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues; the partner will lead those matters and mentor junior lawyers. This is a rainmaking role: candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable business development track record are encouraged to apply.

Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and active courtroom experience.
Significant partner- or senior associate-level experience defending False Claims Act and managed-care matters.
Proven commercial litigation experience involving AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency or related technology issues.
Track record of client development and ability to supervise and grow a litigation team; portable business preferred.
