Partner, Intellectual Property — Las Vegas

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property practice in the Las Vegas office. The role will focus on counseling and litigating patent and trademark matters for a diverse client base across technology and media industries.

The team handles contested IP litigation and enforcement matters as well as client counseling on portfolio strategy. The position is best suited to an experienced IP partner with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships and a track record in patent and trademark disputes.

• Established partner with significant IP litigation experience (patent and trademark)
• Demonstrable courtroom and/or contested-matter experience in patent/trademark enforcement and defense
• Ability to develop or bring a portable practice and manage client relationships
• Strong written and oral advocacy, and experience leading case teams
