The firm is looking for an experienced partner with a portable practice and demonstrated ability to generate and manage client relationships. The position offers leadership opportunities within a busy IP litigation group and cross-practice interaction on corporate governance and transactional matters.

Proven partner-level experience in IP and patent litigation (trial and appellate experience desirable)
Portable client base / book of business and demonstrated origination history
Experience working with corporate clients on governance or related transactional matters
Strong team leadership and business development skills
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify
