Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin office to lead and grow a patent litigation practice. The role focuses on high-stakes patent disputes, managing trial teams, and advising clients on enforcement and defense strategies.

Ideal candidate will bring a portable practice and active client relationships, collaborate with national teams, and play a visible role in business development and firm leadership in the region.

Established track record in patent litigation, including motion practice and trial experience
Portable practice or demonstrable book of business and client development capability
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and experience managing litigation teams
Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and good standing
