The successful candidate will bring a portable patent litigation practice and demonstrable client relationships, lead trial and appellate work, and collaborate with cross-office teams on strategic matters. This is an opportunity to shape and grow a market-facing practice within a national platform.

Established partner with substantial patent litigation experience (trial and appellate experience preferred)
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and a portable practice
Strong courtroom and written advocacy skills; experience handling complex, high-value disputes
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across offices
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it
