Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation (Charlotte)

Seeking a lateral partner to join the Charlotte office to lead and grow an intellectual property practice focused on patent prosecution and patent litigation. The role offers responsibility for managing complex IP disputes, coordinating litigation strategy, and overseeing prosecution matters across technologies.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior lawyers, and play an active role in business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate new work is welcome.

• Established partner with substantial experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution
• Proven trial or contested-litigation experience and ability to manage complex matters
• Track record of client development and relationship management; portable practice preferred
• Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to supervise associates and coordinate multi-office teams
