The firm is looking for an experienced, business-oriented partner with a portable practice who can work collaboratively across offices and help expand regional offerings. Equity opportunities and compensation structure are evaluated case-by-case for senior hires.

Established partner or equivalent with significant experience in IP litigation and proven corporate transactional work
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Strong courtroom and/or patent-litigation credentials and commercial judgment
Ability to collaborate across an integrated multi-office platform and participate in business development
Active bar admission and good standing
