Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston team with a primary focus on intellectual property litigation for clients in the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors.

The role will involve leading complex IP disputes, managing trial and appellate work, and advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients on risk and enforcement strategies. You will collaborate with cross‑practice teams and lead engagement development in the region.

This is an opportunity for a partner who wants a platform to grow a portable practice and play a senior role in client development and case leadership.

Established track record in IP litigation, preferably with healthcare or life‑sciences matters.
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and ability to lead complex disputes.
Business development capability; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships is preferred.
Admission (or ability to obtain admission) in Massachusetts and strong team leadership skills.
