Senior-level opening for a partner to lead and grow an Intellectual Property litigation practice focused on healthcare and life sciences matters. The role sits in a busy Houston office and involves managing complex IP disputes across technologies relevant to healthcare clients.

The practice will combine courtroom and pre-trial strategy with client development and team leadership responsibilities. The firm is seeking a seasoned litigator who can take ownership of high-stakes matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

A portable client base is welcome and the role offers the opportunity to build a significant, visible practice within an established national platform.

Proven partner-level IP litigation experience, including significant courtroom or lead-counsel responsibilities.
Experience handling matters for healthcare or life sciences clients preferred.
Strong track record of managing teams and supervising junior associates.
Business development capability; a portable client base is a plus.
Active bar admission in Texas (or eligibility to transfer/admit) and ability to practice in relevant federal courts.
