Senior IP litigation partner opportunity with a well-established national law firm’s Houston office. The role combines leadership of patent litigation matters with oversight of prosecution work and mentoring of junior lawyers.

The firm seeks an experienced partner to grow and manage an IP practice in Texas, collaborate with commercial teams, and contribute to business development and client relationship management. This is a client-facing role with meaningful leadership responsibilities.

Established partner with significant patent litigation and patent prosecution experience.
Proven trial and/or contested litigation experience and the ability to supervise teams on complex matters.
Track record of originating or developing client work; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
Bar admission in Texas (or eligibility) and strong technical understanding of relevant technologies.
