Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Houston office to lead and grow IP litigation and corporate matters. The role emphasizes developing and managing complex patent and IP litigation, while also supporting corporate governance and transactional work where relevant.

The firm is looking for a partner with a portable practice and a proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships. The position offers collaboration across offices on high‑value matters and flexibility on engagement and fee arrangements.

Partner-level experience handling patent and other IP litigation matters, with demonstrated courtroom or high-stakes litigation experience
Proven business development skills and a portable book of business or clear origination track record
Experience advising on corporate governance or handling corporate transactional matters is a plus
Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible) and able to work from the Houston office
