Seeking an experienced partner to join a busy IP and litigation practice in Huntsville. The role will focus on patent and IP litigation while collaborating with the corporate/governance team on cross-practice matters. The group works closely across multiple U.S. offices and values partners who can build or bring a portable practice.

This is a partner-level opening that offers flexibility to work with regional teams and support for growing a practice area. The hiring team is especially interested in candidates with a strong track record in IP litigation and the ability to originate and develop client relationships.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in patent/IP litigation and related corporate matters.
Portable practice or proven ability to originate and grow client business preferred.
Proven courtroom, trial, or dispute-resolution experience and client management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and lead cross-practice engagements.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
