Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Las Vegas

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an intellectual property practice in the Las Vegas office. The role encompasses patent prosecution, licensing, and contentious work — including Hatch‑Waxman matters and trade‑remedy/Section 337 investigations.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who will manage, develop, and grow client relationships, supervise litigation teams, and work collaboratively across technology and life‑sciences matters. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and cultivate business is welcome.

• Partner-level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation, including Hatch‑Waxman and ITC/Section 337 matters.
• Admission to practice in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction; technical background or relevant scientific/engineering qualification preferred.
• Proven track record of leading teams, managing complex matters, and business development; portable client relationships preferred.
