Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, New York

Seeking a lateral partner to join a major New York IP litigation team. The role focuses on patent litigation and related counseling, handling matters from claim construction through trial and appeals.

This is a client-facing leadership position — you will lead litigation teams, develop strategy across complex patent disputes, and work closely with patent prosecution colleagues as needed. The team handles district court and appellate work in high-stakes matters.

• Established patent litigation practice with significant trial and appellate experience.
• Track record leading case strategy, supervising associates, and managing client relationships.
• Comfort working collaboratively across prosecution and litigation teams.
• Portable client base or demonstrable ability to originate and grow business preferred.
