Senior litigation partner role for an established US law firm in Philadelphia, focused on intellectual property disputes and related contentious work. The position will lead high-stakes IP litigation matters across life sciences and technology-related industries.

The team combines trial and appellate experience, advising clients on patent, trade secret and other IP enforcement and defense strategies. The firm is seeking a rainmaking partner able to develop business and mentor a growing litigation bench.
