A major U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner for its Philadelphia IP practice. The role combines patent prosecution, patent litigation and licensing work across life sciences and technology-related matters.

The team handles contested matters including Hatch‑Waxman litigation and ITC (Section 337) investigations as well as counseling and portfolio development. The practice offers a platform to maintain and grow a portable practice and to work on high‑stakes, cross‑border IP disputes.

Established partner with experience in patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation
Substantive experience with Hatch‑Waxman matters and ITC (Section 337) investigations preferred
Track record of managing high‑stakes litigation and counseling technology or life‑sciences clients
Proven ability to originate or bring a portable practice and to develop client relationships
