Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its intellectual property practice in Phoenix. The role spans patent prosecution, patent litigation, and licensing, with particular emphasis on Hatch‑Waxman matters and ITC Section 337 investigations.

The partner will develop and manage client relationships, supervise teams of associates and staff, and collaborate across offices on complex, multi‑forum matters. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation, and technology licensing.
Experience handling Hatch‑Waxman matters and ITC Section 337 investigations preferred.
Proven track record of client development and ability to manage and mentor teams.
Active bar admission and good standing.
