Partner — Intellectual Property (Litigation & Prosecution) — Salt Lake City

Experienced IP partner sought to join a Salt Lake City office of a national law firm. The role spans patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation work, with opportunities to lead Hatch‑Waxman matters and trade‑remedy/ITC Section 337 investigations.

This is a partner‑level opening with responsibility for originating work, developing client relationships and supervising associates on complex domestic and cross‑border matters. Candidates with a portable practice or proven business‑development capability are encouraged to apply.

• Partner‑level experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation and licensing
• Track record handling Hatch‑Waxman matters and/or ITC Section 337 investigations is a strong asset
• Demonstrated client development and practice leadership skills; ability to manage and mentor teams
• Active bar admission and technical background suitable for patent work
