Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation, Salt Lake City

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its Intellectual Property practice in the Salt Lake City office. The role emphasizes a blended practice across patent prosecution, licensing and contentious work, including Hatch‑Waxman matters and trade‑remedy investigations.

The position offers a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with teams across the firm’s national IP platform. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability are encouraged to apply.

• Partner-level experience in IP, with a mix of patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation experience
• Experience handling Hatch‑Waxman litigation and/or ITC Section 337 investigations preferred
• Proven client development skills and ability to grow a book of business or bring portable matters
• Bar admission as required and ability to practice in relevant jurisdictions
