Senior partner role in a full-service national law firm seeking a market-leading IP litigator with complementary corporate experience. The team prioritizes patent and IP litigation, corporate matters and mass-torts work, and is looking to grow its West Coast footprint from its San Francisco office while remaining open to strong candidates in other U.S. offices.

The role is for a lateral partner with a portable practice who will contribute materially to business development and collaborate across litigation and corporate teams. Compensation and role structure are flexible and will reflect the strength of the candidate s book of business and practice fit.

Established partner or equivalent with a demonstrable portable practice in IP litigation, corporate work, or mass torts
Proven track record of client development and relationship management
Extensive litigation and/or transactional experience relevant to IP and corporate matters; trial experience a plus
Ability to work across offices and collaborate with cross-practice teams
