Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Leading Bay Area office seeks a lateral partner to join its IP litigation team focused on patent litigation matters. The role will handle high‑stakes disputes for technology clients across hardware, software and related industries.

The position requires ownership of litigation strategy, courtroom and trial readiness, and active business development. Applicants should be prepared to bring a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships and to grow an existing IP disputes platform in the region.

• Established partner track record in patent litigation and complex IP disputes
• Experience handling matters in federal courts and at the PTAB; trial experience preferred
• Proven business development ability and a portable practice or client relationships
• Deep familiarity with technology-sector clients and matters
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)
