Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an intellectual property litigation practice based in Toronto. The role focuses on non-pharmaceutical IP disputes, with an emphasis on technology-related matters including copyright and software/tech IP.

You'll join a large international firm platform and work on high-value contested matters for commercial and tech-sector clients. The firm is seeking a partner with an existing, portable litigation practice and a track record of new business origination and client relationship management.

Established partner with significant IP litigation experience (technology, copyright, software/tech IP)
Proven trial and/or appellate experience in commercial IP disputes
Demonstrable book of business and ability to originate and grow client relationships
Admission to the Ontario bar (or eligible for call) and ability to practice in Canada
Strong leadership and team management skills, comfortable working on cross-border matters
