Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join its Toronto litigation team with a national commercial litigation practice. The role will focus on securities litigation, regulatory and white‑collar matters, with opportunities to work on construction‑related and IP disputes as needed.

Open to established lateral partners at a range of seniorities; group hires (partner plus associates/support) are encouraged to aid integration. The team values strong trial and regulatory advocacy, client development, and cross‑Canada collaboration.

Established partner-level litigation experience in securities, regulatory/white‑collar or commercial litigation.
Proven client development and ability to contribute or build a portable practice.
Experience leading matters and managing associates; comfortable with group/team hires.
Admission to the Ontario bar (or eligible) and evidence of courtroom/regulatory advocacy.
