Senior partner opportunity to lead a dedicated not‑for‑profit and charities practice within a mid‑market, entrepreneurial firm. The role requires full dedication to the practice area — no part‑time or cross‑practice arrangements — and will focus on sophisticated advisory and transactional matters for charitable, non‑profit and philanthropic organizations.

The hire will act as the senior practitioner in the group, taking on complex files, mentoring juniors and driving new business development. The firm emphasises a collaborative culture with broad internal referral channels and a compact, entrepreneurial partner governance model.

• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in not‑for‑profit / charities law; track record handling sophisticated matters
• Willingness to be fully dedicated to the not‑for‑profit practice (no crossover practices)
• Proven ability to grow a client base and mentor junior lawyers
