We are seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established intellectual property practice in the firm's Milwaukee office. The role focuses on advising clients across the full spectrum of IP matters, developing new business, and managing a team of lawyers and support staff.

The successful candidate will have a track record of client development and will take responsibility for originating and expanding IP work while delivering high-quality legal advice. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with peers across offices.

A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome and will be an important factor in the hiring decision.

Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) with an active bar admission.
Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property law, including client management and matter leadership.
Demonstrable business development skills and a record of originating or expanding client work.
Strong team leadership and mentoring experience; ability to work collaboratively across practices.
