Partner — Intellectual Property, Minneapolis

Leading, established law firm in Minneapolis is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its Intellectual Property practice. The role will combine client counsel, matter leadership and business development to expand the firm’s IP capabilities.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IP matters — prosecution, portfolio management and/or litigation — and a track record of developing client relationships. The firm is open to a partner with a portable practice and will support integration into its platform and cross-practice collaboration.

• Proven partner- or senior-level experience in Intellectual Property (prosecution, portfolio management and/or litigation)
• Active bar admission and relevant technical qualifications where applicable
• Demonstrable client development ability and experience managing teams and matters
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-practice work
