Senior hire for an established international practice seeking a partner to lead and grow intellectual property work from the Muscat office. The role will sit within an international/regional team and handle cross-border IP matters for corporate and private clients.

We are looking for a commercially minded partner who can build on an existing IP practice and collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination history is welcome.

Established partner-level IP practice with substantial transactional and/or contentious experience
Track record of advising on cross-border matters and working with international clients or teams
Proven business development ability or portable client relationships
Strong technical knowledge of IP law applicable in the region
