Well-regarded international firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Intellectual Property practice in Muscat. The role focuses on advising on cross-border IP strategy, prosecution, enforcement and commercialisation for corporate and international clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, regional team handling international matters and will have the opportunity to build and bring a portable practice. This is a strategic leadership role with client-facing and team-management responsibilities.

Qualified lawyer with substantial partner-level experience in Intellectual Property law
Proven track record advising on IP prosecution, enforcement and commercial/transactional matters, including cross-border work
Established client relationships and demonstrable ability to develop business — portable practice welcomed
Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and working collaboratively across international teams
