The team handles patent and trademark portfolios, infringement disputes and clearance/strategy work. This opening is for an experienced partner who will help grow the practice and work closely with a multidisciplinary IP group.

Established patent and trademark practice with substantial experience in prosecution and enforcement
Proven litigation or contentious IP experience preferred (infringement, oppositions, post-grant proceedings)
Demonstrated business development skills and ability to originate or expand client relationships; portable practice welcome
Bar admission and technical qualifications appropriate to IP work
