Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Houston office to lead and grow a patent litigation practice. The role focuses on high-stakes patent disputes across technology and life-sciences matters, working with a seasoned litigation team and national platform.

The incoming partner will handle trial and pre-trial work, supervise junior litigation attorneys, and play a visible role in business development. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced litigator with a portable practice who wants to leverage firm resources on complex, high-value IP matters.

Admitted to practice in Texas (or eligible for admission)
Significant experience in patent litigation and related IP disputes
Proven trial and courtroom experience preferred
Established portable practice / book of business and demonstrated client development ability
Experience supervising associates and managing large, complex matters
