Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a well-established U.S. firm’s IP practice. The role is focused on patent work with optional involvement in trademark prosecution and IP litigation as appropriate.

The firm is seeking an originator who can build and sustain a portable practice while remaining available to handle some service-oriented matters. This is a hands-on partner role with responsibility for client development, matter leadership, and working with a broader IP team.

Established partner-level IP practitioner with a focus on patent prosecution and/or patent litigation.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Track record leading matters and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work on domestic matters.
