Senior lateral hire to lead and grow an established intellectual property practice in the Boulder office. The role combines IP litigation and counseling across patent and trademark matters, with an emphasis on complex infringement work and client-facing relationship development.

The team handles both prosecution and contested matters and seeks a partner who can contribute strategic leadership, originate business, and mentor junior lawyers. The position is sensitive to conflicts in certain streaming/consumer-tech matters and will focus on other commercial IP disputes.

Established partner with significant experience in patent and trademark law, including infringement litigation.
Strong courtroom and/or dispute-resolution experience, plus familiarity with patent prosecution and trademark counseling.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is preferred.
Admissions and bar standing in the relevant jurisdiction; strong academic and professional references.
