Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property group in Delaware. The role focuses on patent and trademark work, with regular involvement in infringement and enforcement matters across technologies and consumer-facing industries.

The team advises a diverse client base on contentious and transactional IP issues. This position offers a senior platform to maintain and grow a portable practice while collaborating with national IP litigators and patent prosecution teams.

Established partner with a track record in patent and trademark matters, including infringement litigation.
Experience counseling clients across technology, media, or consumer sectors.
Demonstrable ability to manage and develop a portable book of business; rainmaking experience preferred.
Admission and credentials appropriate for practice in the U.S.; team leadership and mentoring experience desirable.
