Partner — Intellectual Property (Patents & Trademarks) — Los Angeles

Senior IP partner role in a well-established Los Angeles office for a lawyer to lead and expand a patents and trademarks practice. The position combines patent and trademark prosecution, IP litigation (including infringement matters), and client counseling across technology and consumer-facing matters.

The role is partnership-level: you will manage a team of associates, develop business, and work closely with transactional and regulatory colleagues on cross-practice matters. The team seeks someone able to handle courtroom and contested proceedings as well as opinion work and clearance counseling.

• Established partner-level experience focusing on patent and trademark law, including infringement litigation and counseling
• Proven matter management and associate-supervision skills; courtroom or contested-proceeding experience preferred
• Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice is advantageous
• California bar admission (or eligibility) and, where applicable, relevant technical background for patent work
