Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York intellectual property team. The role focuses on patent and trademark litigation and counseling for sophisticated corporate clients.

The position will handle contentious matters including patent and trademark infringement disputes and clearance/advisory work. The team represents large corporate clients across media, technology and other industries; this role is not focused on certain streaming-platform matters.

Ideal candidates will have an established litigation practice and be able to contribute to business development and client relationship management in the U.S. market.

Experienced patent and trademark litigator at partner level
Proven track record in patent infringement and trademark matters
Portable practice and ability to generate or bring client relationships
Strong client-development and team leadership skills
Active bar admission and authorization to practice in New York
