Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Phoenix intellectual property team focused on patents and trademarks. The role combines counseling, prosecution, and contentious IP work for a range of corporate clients across technology and consumer sectors.

The successful candidate will help expand and lead regional IP matters, collaborate with cross-practice teams, and mentor junior lawyers. The position is practice-focused and intended for a seasoned lawyer with an established, portable practice in patents and trademarks.

Partner-level experience in patent prosecution and enforcement and trademark counseling/enforcement
Demonstrated litigation or contentious IP experience preferred (patent infringement, trademark disputes)
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice or book of business welcome
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience working with multidisciplinary teams
