Leading international law firm seeks an experienced IP partner to join its Frankfurt team with a focus on patent litigation and Unified Patent Court (UPC) matters. The role is aimed at strengthening the firm’s contentious IP capability in Germany.

The incoming partner will handle German patent litigation and cross‑border UPC disputes, working alongside colleagues who currently focus on trade mark and copyright matters. This is a practice-building role where an existing portable client base will be valued.

Established partner-level experience in German patent litigation and UPC proceedings.
Proven track record of litigating before German courts and UPC panels.
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business suitable for an international firm.
Admission to practise in Germany; strong client relationship and business development skills.
